okay .
about the chalet thingy , there is currently two fam celebrating their 1 year anniversary , this coming november .
so there is 2 chalet from different fam on different date .
here are some details for
~BOL~ fam , one of our ally . ;D .
like everybody know , they are having a chalet .
most probably on 13 november to 15 november .
Date: 13th to 15th November 2009
Venue: Downtown East (Coasta Sands Resort)
Arrival Time: 1.30pm (Except for those helping)
Dismissal Time: 12pm
Cost:
Staying Overnight: $35 per head (Chalet $15, BBQ - $10, Food & Drinks/ E-Fund - $10)
Not Staying Overnight: $20 per head (BBQ - $10, Food & Drinks/E-Fund - $10)
For ALLYS: $10 per head (For BBQ)
i guess it's in full capacity for those who are staying .
so , even if we want to ton there , i guess it's suppose to be outside .
but , i guess nobody is gonna mind .

PROGRAM OF THE DAYS
Day 1 @ Downtown:
1.30pm to 1.45pm: Meeting at Pasir Ris MRT Station.
2pm to 2.30pm: Assembling at the chalet, waiting for others to arrive (late comers). At the same time, should the preparation of BBQ is not yet completed, members are free to help or slack at the chalet.
2.30pm to 3pm: Self introduction/ Bonding
3pm to 6pm: GAME 1: Treasure Hunting
6.45pm to 10pm: BBQ and picture taking
** After 10pm, people not staying overnight may go. Request to be brought back to the Pasir Ris MRT Station.
10pm to 12pm: Free Time& in room games [Board games, card games, TV] & Chat
12am to 2am: Movie
After 2am: Lights Out
Day 2 @ Downtown:
7am to 8am: Wake up, wash up, and prepare [at the same time, wait for people to arrive (if there’s any)]
8am to 9.30am: Heavy breakfast at E-Hub or at chalet
9.30am to 10.30am: Slack @ E- hub
10.45am to 3pm: Escape Theme Park
3pm to 3.30pm: Bathing time~
4pm to 6pm: Outdoor games at the beach
6pm to 8pm: Dinner at E-Hub
8pm to 12am: Bowling [Orchard Bowl] /Arcade [X-ZONE]
12am to 1.30am: Return to chalet (Bathing time)
1.30am/2am: Lights Out
Day 3 @ Downtown:
8am: Wake up
8am to 9am: Free Time or have breakfast
9am to 10am: Cleaning up and packing up
10.30am 11am: Check out of chalet
11am to 12pm: Last gathering/ Final Photo taking
12pm: HOME SWEET HOME!

GAMES AND ACTIVITIES PLANNED
INSTRUCTIONS
Game 1 – TREASURE HUNT
Aim: For all to work and participate as a team cracking your heads and ultimately find the ‘treasure’.
Teams: 5 × max 10 ppl
Starting point: Chalet room
Ending point : Chalet room
‘Treasure’: Ice cream sticks
How to play?
Each team would have to answer 10 different questions that would be asked or shown to you.
Getting each of the questions correct will entitle them to the clue to the next ice cream stick. Furthermore, to increase the difficulty of the game, after getting the stick, you would have to solve for another clue to find out where I would be at for your next ice cream stick clue.
There are total of 10 ice cream sticks placed at different locations ranging from the chalet rooms to E-Hub to areas outside Escape Theme Park and Wild Wild Wet.
First group to get hold of full 10 ice cream sticks wins the game.
Last group to collect all 10 sticks does a forfeit.
Winning group gets: 20K @ cash [credited to the leader’s account of that group]
Winning group gets: Forfeit to be decided by other teams:D
Game 2 – SEARCHERS RULE
Aim: To see if girls and boys do unite together to find what they want.
Teams: Boys and Girls
Venue: Can be conducted anywhere.
How to play?
This game tests how prepared are you going to get searched by us.
We will be naming up to 20 - 30 different items. You might or might not have these items with you, depending on your luck. The gals and guys would be asked to search for different things, girls might be asked to find guys items and guys might be asked to find gals items too.
Each group can request to ‘borrow’ items from the other group and it depends on the other group if they want to lend a not.
Finally, the winning team who can achieve the most items can demand the other team to do a forfeit.
If both team successfully achieve the same number of items, both groups are safe.
